Shark Expeditions

Robert Torelli has been diving with sharks for almost thirty years. From his early days as one of the South Pacific’s most experienced spear fisherman Robert learnt how to attract sharks and more importantly how to read sharks behaviour. Over the past fifteen years Robert has been filming sharks for stock footage and various documentaries.

Nowadays, Robert uses this experience to help other image makers document sharks “up close and personal” in a safe and productive manner.

Marine Boy Productions arrange customised expeditions to film sharks around Australia and New Zealand. Species targeted include Mako and Blue Sharks, Seven Gill Sharks, along with Tiger Sharks and Great Hammerheads. Other shark species are also often encountered during these expeditions. Marine Boy Productions can arrange expeditions for other shark species upon request. Robert and his team are always available as support and safety divers.
